Digestive problems

We have so much to eat , but what we have to digest. actully in this time of so many junk food our digesve system is troubling with so  many stomach problms.but here we found so much in ayurveda from india to fight against these all problms lets discuss how it is happening with us.

What we are given from nature has its own very impotance feature like as our teath given to us from our valuable good to make our food in small parts but we are not using our teath properly to pierce food and it becomes more difficult for our succsesive digesive organ .

Fast food we are having on the daily basis as it is very easy and availbale but unfortuntly has lack of vitamis and minrels required by a normal human body and got captured in food pipe.

No fixed time of food is also one of the basic cause of gasoutic problms our body required many types of vitamins, mintrels, and carbohydrtate for energy but it also become habit of our body to take food at the fixed time.

now lets make some easy step for a better digestive system-


  • we must take a walk of at least 30 min after dinner and lunch.
  • eat simple and avoid so much spices in daily meal.
  • use of suger made after can be proven better for digestion.
  • we must consume cookes food instead of having RAW or COLD food.
  • consumtion of sweet after dinner .
  • we must chew it well  so that it can be easliy go through food line.
  • sometime we found food realy tasty and got overeated so avoid it for better stomch.
  • sit stilll and realx for few mintus after eating.
  • don drink water just after meal, take a gap of some hour.
  • eat fresh and stay fresh
